What is your return & refund policy?

We do not offer cash refunds. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit. 

Items returned will be accepted in exchange for store credit only - this means you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card, so you can repurchase your desired items. 

New and undamaged items may be returned for store credit - this means that items should not have any signs of wear and tear, smells, stains, or any other signs of damage. The customer is to ship the items, then store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card upon retrieval of the unwanted items.

Contact hello@missfms.com with your name, order number, and email used to purchase. Our team will provide you with the necessary steps to successfully process your return and receive your store credit. 

NOTE 

- Return shipping will be deducted from store credit. 

- International Returns & Exchanges - the customer is 100% responsible for return shipping, and store credit will be issued upon retrieval of the unwanted items.

- Items bought on sale or from the sales rack cannot be returned.
